The much-anticipated Victoria’s Secret fashion show aired last night, and it featured heavenly bodies modeling sexy lingerie paired with the show’s signature fantasy wings. The models, known as Victoria’s Secret Angels, were  ultra-toned and ready for the runway — even Lily Aldridge, who gave birth to her daughter, Dixie, in June. So just how did Aldridge get back into top shape so quickly? The answer is ballet. Mary Helen Bowers, a former dancer with the New York City Ballet, trained Aldridge using her low-impact, ballet-based fitness regimen called Ballet Beautiful. “For getting her back on the runway post-baby, we focused on the areas you really want to tighten up, especially after having a baby, her waist and abs, and all through the legs  and the butt and of course her upper body as well,” Bowers said of Aldridge’s training.
