At 8:04 p.m. on Thursday an unnamed male passenger was standing on the northbound platform of the 40th Street and Queens Blvd. in Queens, waiting for the 7 train. Witnesses told police that a woman was walking back and forth on the platform and speaking with herself before she took a seat on a wooden bench on the platform. As the 7 train approached the station, witnesses stated the woman rose from the bench and pushed the man, who was standing with his back to her.
